As we settle back into the school year, we’ve been thinking about the questions and interests that can take a family somewhere unexpected, from the history of the World Cup to birdwatching, space, money, or simply wondering how something works.
Technology can help us find quick answers, but books offer another way to explore by slowing down, following a question, discovering new perspectives, and learning together. Choosing a book with your child can turn a question into a conversation and sometimes lead to even more questions.
Our teacher librarians are here to help you find books that connect with what your children are curious about and excited to explore.

You’ll find a selection in the Parent Resource Center in the Community Room, and you’re always welcome to browse and borrow from the main library catalog for your own reading or to support conversations and learning at home. Please use the self-checkout stations on the 1st or 2nd floor.
